Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your booking by contacting us via phone (+91 7369852410), WhatsApp, or email (clubbike@annaraeddyclub.site). Cancellation charges depend on when you cancel relative to the scheduled pickup time:

2. Cancellation by ANNA-RAEDDY

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a confirmed booking due to reasons such as:

• The reserved Vehicle becomes unavailable due to a mechanical issue or prior rental damage.
• Severe weather conditions or government-imposed restrictions that make it unsafe or illegal to operate.
• The customer fails to provide valid identification documents at the time of pickup.

If we cancel a booking for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of any advance payment made. We will also attempt to offer an alternative Vehicle of similar category, subject to availability.

3. Early Return

If you return the Vehicle before the end of your booked rental period, the rental amount for the remaining unused period is not refundable. For example, if you booked for 3 days but return after 1 day, you will be charged for the full 3-day rental.

4. Late Return

If you return the Vehicle after the agreed return time without prior approval:

• A late fee of ₹100 per hour will be charged for delays up to 4 hours.
• Delays exceeding 4 hours may incur an additional full day's rental charge.

Late return charges will be deducted from your security deposit or charged separately at the time of return.

5. Security Deposit Refund

The security deposit is refunded upon return of the Vehicle in the same condition as at pickup. The refund process is as follows:

• Cash deposits: Refunded in cash at the time of return, after vehicle inspection.
• UPI/Bank Transfer deposits: Refunded to the same account within 24–48 hours of return.

Deductions from the security deposit may be made for:

• Vehicle damage (scratches, dents, broken parts, mechanical damage from misuse)
• Fuel shortfall (Vehicle not returned at the same fuel level as at pickup)
• Late return charges
• Unpaid traffic challans incurred during the rental period

If deductions exceed the deposit amount, the remaining balance will be charged to the customer.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original payment. If the original payment was made in cash, the refund will be provided in cash. If paid via UPI or Bank Transfer, the refund will be credited to the same account.

7. Disputes

If you disagree with any charges or deductions, please contact us within 48 hours of Vehicle return. We will review the matter and provide a detailed explanation. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
