To ensure a safe and legal rental experience, we require the following documents from every customer at the time of pickup.

Must be a valid Indian driving license with appropriate vehicle class. For bikes above 50cc, a motorcycle license (non-transport) is mandatory under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.

Any government-issued photo identification for identity verification purposes.

Minimum age for renting is 18 years. Riders must hold a valid license for the class of vehicle being rented.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required at the time of pickup. The amount varies by vehicle — ₹2,000 for scooters, ₹3,000 for commuter bikes, and ₹5,000–₹7,000 for touring and premium bikes. The deposit is refunded upon returning the bike in the same condition.
No, fuel is not included. You will receive the bike with a certain fuel level and are expected to return it at the same level. Any shortfall may result in a fuel adjustment charge.
The minimum rental period is 1 day (24 hours). We also offer weekly and monthly plans at discounted rates. Contact us for custom duration requests.
Late returns are charged at ₹100 per hour beyond the agreed return time. If the delay exceeds 4 hours, an additional full day's rental may be charged. We recommend informing us in advance if you anticipate a late return.
Basic third-party insurance is included with every rental as required by Indian law. However, comprehensive insurance covering own damage is not included. Riders are responsible for any damage to the rented vehicle during the rental period.
Yes, you may take the bike outside Chennai within Tamil Nadu. For trips to other states, please inform us in advance so we can provide the necessary vehicle documents. Additional charges may apply for outstation trips.
We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS). Payment is collected at the time of pickup along with the security deposit.
Our pickup and drop-off location is at 11, Inner Ring Rd, Annai Sathya Nagar, Arumbakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600106. It is centrally located and easily accessible by metro (Arumbakkam Metro Station is nearby).
